02 · Data and purposes

What we receive and why

Depending on your enquiry, we may receive your name, company, business email address, telephone number, required date, part numbers, quantities, comments and any BOM, RFQ or stock-list files you choose to attach.

We use this information to assess and answer your enquiry, source or offer components, evaluate a stock purchase, coordinate a project, secure communications and prepare or perform a business relationship. We do not make decisions with legal effects based solely on automated processing.

Sensitive documents

Do not use the form to send sensitive personal data or documents that are export-controlled, protected by an NDA or highly confidential. Contact us first to arrange an appropriate channel.

03 · Legal bases

Why the processing is permitted

Depending on the context, processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request, our legitimate interest in managing and securing B2B relationships, or compliance with legal and accounting obligations. Where consent is specifically requested for a separate use, you may withdraw it for the future.

04 · Recipients

Access and service providers

Access is limited to authorized Green Components Europe personnel and technical providers needed for hosting, email and form transfer. The form uses FormSubmit to relay the enquiry to our business email address.

We do not sell your data. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer must rely on the safeguards applicable to that provider and legal framework.

05 · Retention

How long we keep data

Information is retained for as long as needed to process and follow up the enquiry. Where a business relationship is established, some data is kept for the periods required to perform the contract, evidence communications and meet legal obligations. Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted or anonymized under our internal retention criteria unless security or legal claims require otherwise.

06 · Your rights

Access, correction and objection

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and object to certain processing. Send your request to info@greencomponentseurope.com. We may reasonably verify your identity.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority.

07 · Cookies and logs

How the site works

The site intentionally includes no advertising or marketing analytics tools. The hosting provider may nevertheless create technical logs required for security and operation. When you submit the form, the relay service may apply its own technical mechanisms and privacy policy.

08 · Changes

Updates

This policy may change if our services or providers change. The date shown at the top of the page identifies the current version.
